Bitcoin dice: where to play and how to move BTC in and out

Bitcoin dice is where crypto dice started, and BTC is still accepted at every site on our list. Here are the bitcoin dice sites we rate, how satoshi stakes work, and what network fees mean for small deposits and withdrawals.

Bitcoin dice is where crypto gambling started: the first dice sites took nothing but BTC, and the game has barely changed since. Today every site in our ranking accepts bitcoin, but BTC is no longer the only coin, and not always the cheapest one for dice. This page covers the bitcoin dice sites we rate and the practical side of playing with BTC.

Bitcoin dice sites we rate

These are the dice sites from our main list with a bitcoin cashier. The ratings come from the same formula as on the home page.

What changes when you play dice in bitcoin

Inside the game, nothing. A roll under 49.50 at 2.00× wins 49.5% of the time whether your balance is in BTC, USDT or LTC. What changes is everything around the game:

  • The unit of your stake. Many bitcoin dice games show stakes in BTC with eight decimals, or in satoshis. 1 satoshi is 0.00000001 BTC; 10,000 satoshis are 0.0001 BTC.
  • The value of your balance. A BTC balance rises and falls with the bitcoin price, independently of your results at the table.
  • The cost of moving money. Bitcoin network fees are paid per transaction, not per amount, so they weigh heavily on small deposits and withdrawals.

Betting in satoshis

Satoshi stakes are one of the reasons bitcoin dice took off: you can bet a few cents' worth and still see real numbers move. A few habits help:

  • Switch the display to your home currency if the site offers it, so you always know what a bet is worth.
  • Write your session budget in BTC before you start. Converting in your head mid-session is how budgets slip.
  • Mind the decimals. Typing 0.001 instead of 0.0001 is a tenfold bet. Use the ½ and 2× buttons rather than retyping.

Depositing bitcoin

  1. Open the cashier and choose Deposit, then BTC.
  2. Check the network. Most sites use the main Bitcoin network; a few may also offer other options. Use exactly what the cashier shows.
  3. Copy the deposit address with the copy button.
  4. Send from your wallet or exchange. Check the first and last characters of the address after pasting.
  5. Wait for the confirmations the site requires. The bitcoin network produces a block about every ten minutes on average; the number of confirmations required is set by the casino.

If the cashier shows a minimum deposit, send more than it. Deposits below the minimum may not be credited.

The Bitsler lobby with a row of dice tiles
Bitsler has run a dice game since the early bitcoin years; the dice tiles sit in the first row of its game list.

Withdrawing bitcoin

  1. Make sure no bonus is active, or that its wagering is complete. An active bonus usually blocks withdrawals.
  2. Choose Withdraw, then BTC, on the same network you deposited with.
  3. Paste your own wallet address, one you control.
  4. Check the network fee and the minimum withdrawal shown in the cashier.
  5. Confirm and keep the transaction ID.

How quickly the casino approves a withdrawal depends on the site, the amount and any checks on your account; we do not give timings for any operator. Once it is sent, the bitcoin network takes over and you can follow the transaction with its ID.

Network fees and small balances

Because the bitcoin fee is paid per transaction, the same fee is a bigger share of a small withdrawal. If you play bitcoin dice with small amounts:

  • Withdraw less often, in larger amounts.
  • Consider a low-fee coin such as LTC, or USDT on a low-fee network, for small sessions. The dice game is identical.
  • Check the site's own withdrawal fee, which some casinos add on top of the network fee.

Price swings while you play

A BTC balance carries two kinds of risk at once: the dice result and the bitcoin price. You can win a session and still end up with less in dollars if the price fell, or the reverse. If you want your results to mean exactly what they say, play in a stablecoin. If you hold BTC for the long term anyway, playing in BTC avoids converting back and forth.

Bitcoin dice and faucets

Some bitcoin dice sites have run faucets, small amounts of free satoshis you can claim and play with. They are a way to try a game's interface, not a way to earn: faucet amounts are tiny and withdrawal minimums are usually far above them. Check the site's own faucet page for its current rules.

Fair play in bitcoin

Provably fair checks work the same in every coin. Rotate your seed pair after a session and verify a few rolls, as described in provably fair dice. The win chances and payouts for any target are on the dice odds calculator page.

Our partner and our own withdrawals

Vave, our partner casino, accepts BTC among other coins. It is where we deposited and withdrew our own money; two withdrawals were paid, on 28 August and 2 September 2026, without a request for documents. The details are in our Vave review. Keep it proportionate

Bitcoin makes it easy to move money quickly and to lose track of what a stake is worth. Set a deposit limit, keep your budget written in the currency you think in, and stop when it is spent. Gambling is for adults over 18; free, confidential help is available from Gamblers Anonymous and GamCare.
